Director

As the Director of Ready Step Grow, I bring over nine years of experience in early childhood education, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Children and Families. My passion for working with young children and supporting their development has guided my commitment to creating a nurturing, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

At Ready Step Grow, my philosophy centers on building a center rooted in growth, learning, and diversity. I believe that every child deserves a space where they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore their curiosity while developing socially, emotionally, and academically.

I also believe that families are an essential part of a child’s learning journey. By building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, we work together to support each child’s unique needs and celebrate their milestones along the way. Our goal is to create a welcoming community where children and families feel connected, supported, and inspired every day.

Our Educators

Why Families Trust Our Staff

Our staff are highly qualified early childhood professionals who are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child. All team members are CPR and First Aid certified and have completed required background checks to ensure the safety of the children in our care. Many of our educators have years of experience in early childhood education and are hired with a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Our staff also participate in ongoing professional development and training to continue strengthening their skills and knowledge in supporting children’s learning and development.

At Ready, Step, Grow, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our unique Day Care offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease.
